Prediction for design and development as a technology leader
The reason I chose Instructional technology as my master is to learn and grow about using technology in the classroom. Now I see I have the potential to assist my fellow co-workers. I will be using any of my spare time to assist the teachers who want to expand on thier own knowledge to better help the students. With designing a website or a program to better help the students to master the skills they need, I will ensure the teachers can change how they can use it in thier classroom. I have one teacher who is interested about the tools I will be learning and it shows that I some teachers are interested in helping their students succeed with mastering the skills. I also plan on having technology available to the ESOL students. One of the ESOL teachers have a classroom set up in the newcomers center, and I do plan to help her in anyway possible to enhance the program. I am excited to be able to enhance and expand on any program we have through technology.

I am definitely excited to be in this program as I feel, as you do, that it will be beneficial to our teaching career. I am already seeing how it is helping me in how I look at lessons and new technology uses in the classroom. I'm already able to help some teachers with the little I've learned already. The best part is assisting fellow teachers that WANT to learn and are willing to be open to new things. This program will be great for your ESOL students.
